Trustify Help Ukraine To Stay Secure In Ongoing Conflict

At Trustify, we take immense pride in our unwavering commitment to cybersecurity, and our recent involvement in safeguarding the web domains of the Ukrainian government during the ongoing conflict with Russia is a testament to that commitment.

How has Trustify helped Ukraine?

Our core mission at Trustify is to secure everything, always, and this mission has driven us to develop class-leading cybersecurity products and services over the past seven years. Our dedication to protecting clients from online phishing scams, ransomware, and data breaches is at the heart of our work, and we have had the privilege of serving major banks, enterprises, and public sector bodies, including prestigious organisations like Mastercard, Cognizant, Fujitsu, and various government departments in Scotland, the UK, and the Middle East.

At the outbreak of the recent conflict, we felt compelled to offer our expertise to the government of Ukraine to help secure their web assets, allowing vital public cyberinfrastructure to operate securely. To date, we have played a pivotal role in ensuring the security of Ukrainian government web domains, along with those of 60 of its associated agencies. Whilst we were certainly not expecting it, we were deeply honoured to receive an official letter from Oleksii Vyskub, Ukraine’s First Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation, who expressed profound gratitude on behalf of the Ukrainian government for the indispensable services we’ve provided during these challenging times.

A Letter Of Thanks

In his letter, Vyskub underscored the significance of our support, acknowledging that “Your generous support in providing SSL certificates for Ukrainian State domains is highly valued by us, especially considering the ongoing full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.” This recognition truly energises our entire team and underscores the importance of our work, which is often behind the scenes, but no less critical.

While we are delighted with the outcome of our efforts, we understand that, in cybersecurity, success often means that nothing happens, and there is little celebration or fanfare. However, receiving such vocal recognition from a senior politician during a time of war is a monumental moment for us. It reinforces the impact of our dedicated team of coders and technical experts who tirelessly work behind the scenes to keep digital infrastructure secure and is a welcome acknowledgement of our belief that if possible, an organisation should always do the right thing.

Our commitment to cybersecurity doesn’t stop there.

We are on the verge of launching a suite of innovative products that will enable organisations of all sizes to access top-level protection for their operations, ensuring they are equipped to defend against ever-evolving cyber threats.

In a world where cyberattacks can be devastating, we consider it a privilege to play our part in countering a vicious, sustained attack and supporting our Ukrainian partners during these challenging times. We remain steadfast in our mission to secure everything, always, and look forward to continuing to serve and protect our clients and partners in an increasingly complex digital world.
